Discover your strengths

This questionnaire is designed to measure your psychological strengths. It takes 20-30 minutes to complete, and at any point, you can come back later and start from the page you were on. At the end, you’ll get an estimate of your current strengths and you’ll be able to read about each one. Don’t compare your results with other people’s, because comparisons between people aren’t accurate. This questionnaire is simply a tool to help you work out your current strengths and weaknesses. Any strength or weakness can be strengthened with practice.
